Petroflex is seeking a capable and motivated individual to join our fast-paced Transportation Department as a Shipping & Receiving Associate. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting overall logistics operations.

## Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers safely and efficiently
• Stage materials for shipment and maintain accurate inventory locations
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
• Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of materials
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

## Qualifications

## Qualifications

• Previous experience in a shipping/receiving or pick/pack environment is helpful
• Forklift experience is highly desirable but not required
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in inclement weather conditions
