Over the last 63 years, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a **Construction Superintendent** to join our growing team in **West Monroe, LA.**

**Responsibilities:**

• **New Home Construction -** Building high-quality homes on time, on budget, safely and with high customer service and satisfaction.
• **Warranty -** Supervising service for completed home projects.

## Qualifications

• **Education -** Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience
• **Qualifications -** High management, organization, communication, technical and supervision skills with attention to detail
• **Work History -** 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects, along with 2+ years of project management experience
