## Description
**SUMMARY**
The Partners Plus Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution and operational coordination of the Partners Plus Program. This role ensures consistent scheduling, planning, and deployment of program initiatives and works closely with internal and external teams to support timely and accurate execution.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
**Program Coordination:**
- Coordinate and schedule quarterly business reviews, planning sessions, and partner meetings.
- Support preparation, materials, and logistics for Director‑led partner engagements.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions across Partners Plus initiatives.
**Implementation Support:**
- Deploy approved Partners Plus materials and assets across applicable platforms.
- Coordinate with Marketing and other internal teams to route creative, content, or deployment needs appropriately.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timing of program communications and materials.
**Cross‑Functional Alignment:**
- Serve as a point of coordination between Partners Plus and internal UniPro teams.
- Assist in maintaining clarity around responsibilities, deadlines, and execution expectations for internal teams.
- Support ongoing process and program improvement to increase efficiency and scalability.
- **SUPERVISION GIVEN AND RECEIVED**
- This position reports to the Director, Partners Plus – Growth
- **INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS**
- **Internal**: contact with Marketing, Category Management, Member Development, and other UniPro teams.
- **External**: Limited external contact with Suppliers and Members in support of scheduled activities.
- **OTHER FUNCTIONS**
- Attend internal planning meetings and working sessions as required.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree or three (3) to six (6) years of experience in project coordination, operations, marketing support, or program administration.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong follow-through, analytical skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated high-level interpersonal communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic competency in Microsoft applications (Basic Excel, Word, and Outlook) and communication deployment tools (HubSpot, Constant Contact, or other like platforms). (Required)
- Experience working with creative software at any level (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs)
