**Are you the kind of person who finds their flow in the sizzle of a flat-top and the perfect flip of an omelet?**

At Brian Head Lodge, we believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day—especially when our guests are gearing up for a full day on the mountain. We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Breakfast Cook to lead the line and start everyone’s morning with a win.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Take command of the kitchen, executing a variety of stations, including Grill and Fry, with precision.
• Ensure every plate meets our standards for presentation, temperature, and bold mountain flavor.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly labeled, and rotated using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Collaborate smoothly with fellow cooks and the front-of-house team to handle high-volume ticket flows and morning rushes efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with Iron County health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For:**

• Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment.
• Pro-level proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and commercial ovens.
• Must have a valid Utah Food Handler’s Permit (or be ready to obtain one within 14 days of your start date).
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
