Annastasia Salon is seeking a **Guest Specialist** to join our multi-location team. This role is the first impression for our guests — warm, polished, service-minded, and ready to help create an exceptional salon experience. ## **What You’ll Do**

You’ll be the hub of the salon — supporting guests, stylists, and operations with professionalism and warmth.

**Daily Responsibilities:**

• Welcome and check in guests
• Make sales offerings and recommendations
• Answer phones & assist with scheduling
• Support stylists and guests throughout the day
• Organize and maintain retail shelves
• Handle point-of-sale transactions
• Keep the salon tidy, clean, and inviting
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Provide clear, friendly communication
• Show up reliably and on time

## Qualifications
## **Scheduling**

• We need full and part time staff, 20–40 hours per week
• Must have some scheduling flexibility. We are open 7 days a week from morning till night.
• We will ask you to commit to a schedule for your first 90 days.

Sales experience is helpful but **not required** — we’ll train you. What matters most is kindness, presence, reliability, and the desire to make people feel amazing.
