### **Position Overview**

New Mexico Solutions is seeking a **Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)** to join our growing **Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC)** team in Albuquerque, NM.

The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and integrated care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing medication monitoring and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination efforts
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices within the CCBHC framework
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines

### **Compensation & Benefits**

• **Base salary:** $130,000–$150,000 annually
• **Productivity incentive potential:** $20,000–$30,000+

## Qualifications
### **Qualifications**

• Active and unrestricted **PMHNP license** in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, or integrated care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience working with diverse populations and complex clinical presentations is a plus
