- **Essential Functions:**
- **Medication & Medical Support**
- Administer and manage psychiatric medications, including injections
- Maintain medication room compliance (pharmacy & licensing standards)
- Coordinate lab work, refills, and prior authorizations
- Support prescribers with assessments and clinical updates
**Client Care**
- Conduct physical health screenings and assessments
- Coordinate care with community physicians and providers
- Provide education on medications, mental health, wellness, and symptom management
- Respond to crisis situations and provide on-call support as needed
- Deliver person-centered services in clinic and community settings
**Team & Documentation**
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Provide outreach and follow-up to support engagement
- Complete timely, accurate, person-centered documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities
## Qualifications
**Education and Experience:**
- Active RN/LPN license
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong assessment, crisis response, and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered care
