**Position Title:** Alternate OMPR Team Leader

**Area of Requirement:** MCAS Iwakuni, Japan

**Scope of Position:** Acts as the on-site lead for OMPR execution whenever the Team Leader is off-site. The Alternate ensures continuity of inventory validation, data-entry oversight, and QR-code installation—maintaining schedule momentum and data fidelity in strict accordance with TE-OS-A.0.

**Tasks and Capabilities Required:**

• Daily Inventory Oversight:

• o Direct field crews in grouping and tagging RPIE assets per RPSS Classification.
• o Resolve on-the-spot discrepancies between physical asset lists and DMLSS entries.

• Data-Entry Leadership:

• o Supervise and mentor CMMS technicians during high-volume data-upload windows; perform real-time QC checks on ID cross-references.
• o Manage exception workflows for mis-scanned or damaged labels.

• Label QA & Installation:

• o Conduct random sampling inspections of label adhesion, readability, and QR-code scan success rates.
• o Enforce corrective-action loops for any non-compliant installations.

• Government Liaison:

• o Serve as the contractor’s representative during impromptu walk-downs, brief the COR on daily progress, and escalate critical issues immediately.
• **Mandatory Experience and Certifications:**

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in medical-facility equipment inventories or CMMS data-migration projects.
• Proficient with RPSS Nomenclature and Procedures Reports, DMLSS data-entry protocols, and barcode-labeling best practices.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).

**Preferred/Desired Certifications:**

• Certified DMLSS-FM Data Manager
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
