**Position Title:** Assistant Corrective Maintenance Manager (ACMM)

**Area of Requirement:** U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Yokosuka Naval Base; Naval Air Facility Atsugi; Camp Fuji; Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo and Hario Family Housing, Japan

**Scope of Position:** Reporting to the CMM, the ACMM plans, documents, coordinates, and executes all unscheduled

and corrective maintenance work. The ACMM ensures prompt service-order processing, supervises field teams in complex repairs, and may dual-hat as the L2 SSHO or QCM. Tasks and Capabilities Required:

• Corrective Maintenance Planning:

• o Develop and manage the service-order backlog, assign priority levels (Emergency/Urgent/Routine) per paragraph 2.4.7.
• o Schedule craft labor and subcontractors to meet response and completion time standards.

• Service Order Management:

• o Oversee service-order intake, prepare Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and ensure submittals in Maximo per Attachment 8.0.
• o Track progress and closure, perform batch reconciliations of completed work vs. government records.

• Team Supervision:

• o Lead multidisciplinary field crews (electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs) to execute corrective tasks.
• o Conduct pre- and post-task walkthroughs, verify work meets QC acceptance criteria.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• o Maintain accurate repair logs, turn-in service-order summaries for monthly progress reports.
• o Flag recurring failures and recommend preventive enhancements.
• **Mandatory Experience and Certifications:**

• Three (3) years’ project management experience in healthcare construction, renovation, and maintenance in a hospital environment
• Familiarity with NFPA, EPA, OSHA, and TJC standards for corrective work
• English Language Proficiency Level III Preferred/Desired Certifications:
• ASHE CHFM, Project Management Professional (PMP), or ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
