**Job Title:** Planner Schedule/Warehouse Supervisor

**Department:** Base Operations - Government Hospital

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Planner Schedule/Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and scheduling for a government hospital. You will be responsible for managing the inventory of critical medical supplies, optimizing warehouse layouts, coordinating logistics for timely distribution, and supervising the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles in a healthcare context, logistics management, and a proven track record of improving efficiency. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and timely flow of medical goods, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of our hospital's operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Medical Inventory Management: Implement and maintain a robust inventory control system for medical supplies and equipment, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.

Warehouse Operations: Manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of supplies to various hospital departments. Ensure proper handling of sterile and sensitive materials.

Scheduling & Logistics: Plan and coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound distribution of medical goods. Optimize delivery schedules to meet the critical needs of hospital units and collaborate with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the warehouse team. Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with federal, state, and hospital regulations, including those from agencies like the Joint Commission and OSHA. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Desired Qualifications:**

Education: A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within a healthcare or government setting.

Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and inventory software.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Certification: Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) are highly desirable.
