**Job Title: Senior Living Reimbursement Specialist – Full Time**

**Location: Brandermill Woods, Midlothian, VA**

Brandermill Woods, a premier retirement community, is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate **Senior Living Reimbursement Specialist** to join our Accounting team. If you have experience in long-term care billing and enjoy working with a mission-driven team, we’d love to meet you!

**What You’ll Do:**

• Process monthly resident billing and maintain accurate records
• Post charges, prepare deposits, and reconcile monthly reports
• Support insurance verification, long-term care reimbursement, and Medicaid processes
• Respond to resident and family billing inquiries with professionalism and care

**What We’re Looking For:**

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care billing or healthcare AR with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing requirements and EHR systems such as PointClickCare or similar platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
