**Job Description:**

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, inspecting them for accuracy and quality, and stocking inventory. This individual will also pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system, coordinate with carriers and manage shipping documentation, organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse space, and operate forklifts or other material handling equipment following adequate training. This individual will support the Inside Parts Sales staff by assisting customers with parts inquiries by phone, email, or walk-in, creating quotes and processing sales orders using company software, providing support to customers regarding part specifications and availability, collaborate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer experience and follow up on orders and help resolve any product or delivery issues.

## Qualifications

Strong computer skills: proven experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and shipping software.

Excellent organization and attention to detail—able to keep a busy warehouse running smoothly.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift (certification a plus, but we will train).

High school diploma or GED required; previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or parts experience preferred.
