Wellness Attendant Nights/Weekend (Oshkosh 20th Ave YMCA)

## Description

• Oversee the safety of our members in the wellness center during our closing shift on weekdays to our closing hour (9:00pm as of this time) and help with weekend shifts.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment in wellness center.
• Provide and schedule orientations and schedule appointments for members.
• Maintain at least one shift per month.
• Assist members as needed.
• Build relationships daily and create a culture of philanthropy by using names and initiating conversations with all members, staff, volunteers, and guests
• Must be able to stand or be on your feet 90% of your shifts.
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs

## Qualifications

• Availability needed Weeknight(s) up to 9:00pm and weekends
• 18 year-old or older
• CPR, AED & First Aid Certified (will train if needed)
