### Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, or room service, depending on shift and hotel needs.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (grills, ovens, fryers, slicers, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and tools.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist in prep work such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
• Monitor food supplies and communicate inventory or quality issues to supervisors.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties as assigned, including waste disposal.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Comply with hotel policies and local health department regulations.
