### Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role ensures guests enjoy a safe, enjoyable, and memorable bar experience by following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously at the bar or service area.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately and efficiently according to recipes or guest preferences.
• Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, drink specials, wine lists, and featured cocktails.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and make drink and food recommendations.
• Check guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Restock bar inventory and notify management of low stock or supply needs.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
