**Job Summary:**

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and dining services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dishwasher machines or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and workstations.
• Sort and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in their proper places.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and promptly.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned.
