Production Clerk

## Description

The production clerk is responsible for entering all production efficiencies into the system. To close and ensure the accuracy of information contained in all production and mixing work orders. To manage and review the hours and payroll of temporary employees.

Primary Responsibilities:  Close work orders within 24 hours accurately  Print all work orders and labels for production employees  Schedule production employees for the following day with the help of the production supervisors  Work with material stagers to ensure production inventory accuracy  Review variances in the system and notify the Production Manager of variances.  Comply with GMP regulations  Manage temporary employee timecards through a web-based management tool

## Qualifications

• Overall responsibility to provide electronic data and traceability to all production work orders. • Basic math skills • On the Job training for inventory management system • Written and Oral communication in English, and or Spanish • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of inventory management systems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently with mechanical assistance. • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and 100 pounds occasionally. • Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift. • Ability to push/pull up to 1,500 pounds using supplied equipment. • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Work Environment and Physical Demand: • Constant exposure to allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans • Constant operation of a computer and other office machinery such as calculator, copy machine, etc. • Must be able to remain in a stationary position over 50% of the time.
