**Position Title: Production Team Member**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Production Line Attendantto join our Growve team in Southern Utah. This brand-focused role will support our Production Bag and/or Line/Tub Line production department in a safe and efficient manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Weigh and test the product as it comes from the blender.
- Help place scoops into tubs/bags.
- Place tubs on the production belt.
- Insert the item into the product before sealing.
- Add additional packaging items as the product moves along the line.
- Inspect the product for proper sealing.
- Label package.
- Box and label the finished product.
- Requires standing throughout the shift.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Ability to be a team player and willing to take directions from management and crew leader.
- Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Demonstrate reliability and dependability.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when needed is required.
- Position requires standing for the duration of the shift.
- May be exposed to airborne powder particles.
- Must be able to work in an environment with allergens, including nut exposure.
- Successfully passing our criminal background check.
