We are looking for compassionate **Behavioral Health Professionals** to support children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) where it matters most: at home and in their communities.

This isn't just about managing behaviors; it’s about teaching a child how to communicate their needs, making a trip to the park a success, and giving families the tools to flourish. ***$20 starting rate if you already have BHP certification.***

**In this role, you will:**

• Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development.
• Make a lasting impact on the lives of these incredible children.

## Qualifications

• A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
• ***A high school diploma or equivalent.***
• ***Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.***
• ***Access to a reliable vehicle.***
• ***The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies***
• ***Must be able to provide 2 professional references.***
