In this rewarding role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently within their communities.

**What You'll Do:**

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Oversee the development and implementation service plans
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of program participants
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centered environment
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• **Assist with planning and leading of individual and group activities**

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
