In this role, you won’t just be filling jobs, you will be changing lives by connecting talented individuals with local businesses.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

  • **Community Networking:** Reach out to local business owners and managers to discover their staffing needs and collaborate on creating customized job opportunities.
  • **Individualized Advocacy:** Match job seekers with positions that fit their unique skill sets, aptitudes, and goals.
  • **On-the-Job Support:** Provide short-term job coaching and direct care to help individuals transition smoothly and succeed in their new roles.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Participate in stakeholder meetings, implement employment plans, and work alongside families, guardians, and agency teams.
  • **Progress Tracking:** Maintain accurate documentation, including weekly WROCs and monthly progress reports.

## Qualifications
**What We Look For**
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and handle complex tasks with discretion and flexibility.
**Required Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
  • Must pass all comprehensive state and company background checks.

**Preferred Experience:**

  • ACRE Certification and DSP Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • A background in sales, or community outreach is a major plus.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
