## What You'll Do
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll provide evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education services that help children improve communication skills and achieve meaningful developmental and educational goals.
### Responsibilities Include
- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Provide direct therapy services to school-age children
- Collaborate with educators, parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Support communication, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication development
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to reinforce progress outside
