**What You’ll Do**

  • Support in-home palliative and wound care visits
  • Take vital signs and assist with basic clinical tasks, including wound care
  • Set up and support telehealth visits with providers
  • Observe and report changes in patient condition
  • Document care accurately in the EMR
  • Educate and support patients and caregivers as directed
  • Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
  • Travel to patient homes and work with an interdisciplinary team

**What You’ll Bring**

  • Medical Assistant training; CPR/BLS required (certification preferred)
  • 1+ year of MA experience, ideally in home health, primary care, or wound care
  • Strong clinical, observation, and communication skills
  • Comfort with technology and telehealth
  • Ability to work independently in home settings
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility
