SKYWILD Guide - Spring Season

## Description

The Greensboro Science Center is currently accepting applications for the SKYWILD Aerial Adventure Park. SKYWILD consists of 7 courses with 60 different elements. We are looking for high- energy people who love the outdoors.

DUTIES

• Provide a high level of customer service to guests at all times.
• Supervise guests while they are on SKYWILD.
• Give clear instructions on how to complete any and all elements.
• Respond to any emergency situations that arise.
• Be able to use gear safely and give instructions to guest on proper gear usage.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure its safety.
• Perform small maintenance tasks and report problems to the SKYWILD Manager.
• Maintain course security and follow operating procedures.
• Answer any and all questions about the course to the best of your abilities.
• Document any problems seen on or near the course.
• Ensure guests are acting responsibly on the course.

## Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet the weight requirements of the course, weighing less than 250lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights up to 45 feet.
• Must be first aid and CPR certified or have the ability to obtain the certification.
• Must be able to complete all elements.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Capable of providing leadership and guidance.
• Must have good communications skills.
• Able to lead in stressful situations.
• Be responsible for the safety of self and others.
• Good time management skills.
• Punctual.
• Willing to follow directions from others.
• Must be willing and able to work outside in all types of weather and elements.
