**Key Responsibilities**

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans during high-volume service
• Maintain spotless kitchen, dish area, floors, and equipment while following strict sanitation and safety standards
• Support the line cooks and team by clearing stations, taking out trash, and helping with light prep or bussing as needed
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly so the front of house can focus on delivering great guest experiences

**Requirements**

• No prior experience required — we provide full training
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced, warm kitchen
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
• Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
