## Kitchen Worker Full Time
This regular full-time position performs a variety of tasks that support the operations of Dining Service.
**Full-time, which includes Saturday and Sunday**
The shift will be determined by the hiring manager. Work hours may vary as needs arise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweep and mop dining room, pantry, and kitchen floors per sanitation schedule.
• Wash pots, pans and other cooking utensils.
• Operate automatic dishwashing machine.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen equipment per sanitation schedule.
• Clear, wash and set up tables after each meal.
• Clean and fill all condiments, cereals, etc. after each meal.
• Work serving line in dining rooms.
• Maintain salad/deli bar and beverage machines in dining rooms.
• Comply with standard kitchen/food safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist with the receiving of supply orders.
• Assist in the Staff Dining Room.
• Performs related work as required.

## Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and write
• Must have High School Diploma
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Candidates must be customer service oriented, organized and detail oriented, and able to adhere to food handling/safety guidelines.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend and carry to perform the responsibilities of a kitchen worker.
