**Job Summary:**

As a Front of House Team Member at Harriet’s Hamburgers, you are the face of our brand—welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every experience is friendly, fast, and enjoyable. You’ll work as part of a team that values great food, great service, and a great attitude.

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and friendly attitude
• Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or register
• Deliver excellent hospitality and maintain a clean, inviting dining area
• Work closely with the kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Support your teammates by running food, restocking supplies, and keeping the workstation
• Uphold Harriet’s brand culture through positivity, professionalism, and teamwork

## Qualifications
**Requirements:**

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
