**Outpatient Therapist (Licensed or Provisionally Licensed)**

**Up to $62,500 in State Incentives**

This position may be eligible for the Nebraska Rural Health Workforce Incentive Program, offering **up to $12,500 per year for up to 5 years**. **Candidates must apply for funds by June 30th, and be hired by August 1st.** Eligibility, funding, and final award amounts are determined by the program and are not guaranteed.

Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed (LMHP/LIMHP) or Provisionally Licensed (PLMHP) Therapist to join our outpatient clinical team. **What You’ll Do**

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
• Participate in clinical supervision, staffing, and case consultation
• Support clients in achieving measurable, recovery-oriented goals

**What You Bring**

• Active LMHP/LIMHP or PLMHP licensure in Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain)

## Qualifications
**Requirements**

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Nebraska licensure (LMHP/LIMHP or PLMHP eligibility)
• Ability to complete required documentation in a timely manner
