As a **Waterproofing, Crawlspace and Foundation Repair Specialist**, you’ll be on the front lines solving real problems for homeowners. You’ll work hands-on to install industry-leading waterproofing, crawlspace and foundation repair solutions in basements and crawl spaces. You’ll learn from experienced team members and have opportunities to grow from an Installer to a Foreman — and beyond.

### **What You'll Do:**

• Install waterproofing, foundation repair and crawl space systems according to company standards
• Use power tools, hand tools, and job-specific equipment safely and effectively
• Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
• Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion
• Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times

### **What We’re Looking For:**

• Construction or general labor experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)
• Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and show up as a team player
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (basements/crawl spaces)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

## Qualifications
**NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS of Production Technicians**

• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE of Production Technicians**

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
