**We’re Hiring: Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant**

**Location:** Two offices in Plano, TX

**Schedule:** Full-Time

Jensen Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, professional, and friendly Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating positive patient experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take patient records, including X-rays, photos, and impressions as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Support front office or clinical team as needed
• Complete tasks assigned by the doctor or office manager

**Qualifications:**

• Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Reliable transportation between both Plano locations
• Flexible, coachable, and able to take direction well
• RDA or orthodontic assisting certification preferred (if applicable)
