**JOB TITLE:**Nuclear Medicine Technologist
**DEPARTMENT:** Imaging Services
**SUMMARY OF DUTIES:**
Responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

• must be able to prepare and inject radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging.
• Receives and records appropriate information regarding receipt of radioactive materials.
• Performs quality assurance procedures on all equipment.
• Process diagnostic images and prepares reports for Cardiologist.

• **PAY RANGE**: $38-58/hr to start (dependent upon experience and education)

## Qualifications

**Education:** Graduate of an AMA approved school of nuclear medicine technology.

**Experience:** Minimum of one year experience in nuclear medicine.

**Certificate/License:** Current registration for ARRT or NMTCB needed; current BLS certification and current ACLS preferred.
