RN Primary to Physicians (Sign on Bonus)

**JOB TITLE:**RN Primary to Physicians

**DEPARTMENT:** Heart Failure

**SUMMARY OF DUTIES:**A nonexempt position that provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices and works closely with physician to ensure quality care.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

• Prepares equipment and aids Physicians during examination, treatment and testing of patients.
• Observes, records and reports patient’s condition and reaction to treatments, drug testing to providers.
• Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
• Documents test results, phone calls, & patient education in accordance with nursing and organization standards.
• Orders medications as prescribed by provider.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.

• **PAY RANGE**: $40-$48 (dependent upon experience and education)
• **SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000**

## Qualifications

**Education:**Minimum: Graduate of an accredited CMA, LPN or RN program.

**Certificate/License:** Possession of current CMA, Alaska State LPN or Registered Nurse license, and current CPR certification. Current ACLS certification preferred.
