We are looking for a **Spare Parts Expeditor & Scheduler**to join our growing organization!
## Qualifications
**General Position Summary**
The Order Expeditor/Scheduler serves as the primary point of contact for escalated and high-priority Spare Parts order execution from order release through shipment. This role ensures high-priority and escalated customer orders move efficiently through Distribution Center operations by coordinating across Warehouse, Assembly, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Materials.
The position is responsible for monitoring order status from release through shipment, managing reporting and operational metrics, coordinating required work orders, and driving timely communication to ensure customer commitments are met.
This role provides ownership, visibility, and accountability for expedited and escalated orders with the objective of shipping all priority requests within **24 hours** whenever operationally possible.
**Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities**
- - - Manage all high priority, expedited, and escalated/high-priority Spare Parts orders from order release through shipment.
- Monitor order progress throughout warehouse operations to ensure timely completion.
- Review order aging reports daily and proactively address delays.
- Coordinate with Warehouse leadership to prioritize urgent customer requirements.
- Ensure priority orders are shipped within established service level expectations.
- Follow up on communication with other departments on status of orders
- Create and manage workorders needed for fulfillment of orders

- Due to forklifts and other heavy equipment traveling through the warehouse, temporary cracks may appear in the floor, causing an uneven walking surface
- The warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy
- Doors near the department are frequently open, causing drafts and interior temperature changes
- Floors around work area may become slippery during wet weather conditions
- May have to handle merchandise and work with tools with sharp edges
- Passing forklifts emit gas fumes
- Tools, supplies, and related merchandise may contain hazardous materials
