## **Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Focus**

Statesville, NC | $42.25/hour | Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated **Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)** to provide high-quality pediatric therapy services. In this role, you will help children reach their full communication potential while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient.

### **What You’ll Do**

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for pediatric speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable patient goals
• Deliver therapy services and monitor patient progress
• Educate families and caregivers to support therapy outcomes at home
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning meetings
• Advocate for patient care and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Stay current with best practices through continuing education

## Qualifications
### **What We’re Looking For**

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current licensure/registration with appropriate governing body
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools

• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical job duties as needed
