CAD Technician - Land & Site Development

## Description
We are looking for a dedicated, focused, and career driven CAD Designer to join our team.
**Responsibilities**

• Utilize AutoCAD skills in model/paper space environments, x-references, dynamic blocks, sheet set manager and other frequently used AutoCAD applications
• Assist with preparation of drawing packages for various projects including:
• Municipal projects: sanitary sewer collection, lift stations, water mains and roadway paving and drainage systems.
• Land Development projects: single family subdivisions, public road and utility extensions, detention ponds.
• Site Development projects: commercial and residential site developments, boundary, topographic and construction surveys
• Works closely with project and task team leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• 3+ years’ experience in Land Development, Municipal or Site Development Design
• 3+ years’ experience using AutoCad applications
• Proficient in AutoCad **and Civil3D**
• Technical degree preferred
