**What You'll Do:**
- **Market & Lease:** Attract and secure residents while meeting and exceeding occupancy goals.
- **Resident Relations:** Provide high-quality customer service, address resident concerns, and foster a positive community environment.
- **Financial & Administrative Support:** Assist with rent collection, invoice processing, financial tracking, and lease renewals.
- **Fair Housing & Compliance:** Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, lease agreements, and company policies.
- **Vendor & Maintenance Coordination:** Work with maintenance teams and vendors to schedule repairs and maintain curb appeal.
- **Technology & Systems:** Utilize property management software, Microsoft Office, Yardi, and Rent Café to complete operational tasks efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:** Resolve resident concerns, enforce policies, and support daily property operations with sound judgment.
- **Stay Organized & Adaptable:** Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
**What We're Looking For:**
- **Customer Service & Leasing Skills:** Experience in sales, leasing, or property management is a plus!
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written skills to connect with residents and team members.
- **Organization:** Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- **Independence:** A self-starter who can work autonomously while meeting goals.
**Work Environment & Physical Demands:**
- Office setting with standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.), frequent sitting, standing, walking, and occasional stooping or kneeling.
- Requires face-to-face interaction, phone conversations, and computer use.
- Must possess valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.
- May require occasional independent travel to other properties.
