**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY**

A strong knowledge or willingness to learn craft beer.

• Educating and assisting guests with food and drinks
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift
• Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar, and in the dining room, always satisfied
• Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work

## Qualifications

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

• 21 years of age
• B.A.S.S.E.T and ServSafe Certified within two weeks of employment
