| **Roles and Responsibilities** Servers will create a unique service experience to our guests. Servers must practice proper steps of service. **Primary duties include:** - Servers are expected to work as a part of a team. - A positive, friendly demeanor and the ability to stay calm and poised under pressure is a must for success in this position. - Treat each guest as though they are guests in our home. - Anticipating the needs of our guests before they realize that there is a need. - Actively study and learn new beer and food that is being created in our brewery and restaurant. - Engage with customers in a friendly manner - Collect payments from tables - Prepare checks - Help food preparation staff when necessary - Responsible for all opening, closing and ongoing side work as well as ongoing cleaning of the restaurant. ***Tangled Roots participates in E-Verify and will conduct employment eligibility verification checks on new hires after a job offer is accepted, in accordance with the Federal Law.*** |
