We are hiring a dedicated and experienced **Property Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a multi‑family community, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, strong financial performance, and efficient property management. **Responsibilities**

  • Oversee daily operations of the assigned property, including supervision of on‑site staff to ensure strong performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and supporting leasing goals.
  • Post rent, monitor occupancy, and meet established NOI and performance targets.
  • Follow established collection and delinquency procedures.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider contracts to ensure quality and cost‑effective services.
  • Use property management software for accurate data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Apply effective conflict‑resolution strategies to address resident issues.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation and review.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to property operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws.

## Qualifications

  • Minimum **3+ years of Assistant Property Manager experience** or equivalent property management background.
  • Strong understanding of Federal, State, and local Fair Housing laws.
  • Knowledge of sound management practices and ability to follow company operational standards.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor contracts.
  • Familiarity with RealPage or similar property management software preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict‑management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid accounting and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance procedures and resident/landlord laws.
  • Strong sales and leasing abilities.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
  • Must have transportation and a valid Driver's License.
  • Must pass drug and background screenings.
