### **Product Specialist**

Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership in Southern California, with five locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. Our subsidiary, **El Cajon** **Harley-Davidson**, is seeking a motivated **Product Specialist**to join our team.

**Essential Functions:**

• Track all customers and leads in CRM
• Meet minimum sales goal requirement
• Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
• Engage and assist every customer that enters the dealership with exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer.
• Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction.
• Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs.
• Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary.
• Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership.

• **Schedule:**
• Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.

## Qualifications

• Sales License required
• 1-2 year Dealership Experience preferred
