**JOB DESCRIPTION – 1ST AMERICAN MANAGEMENT CO., INC.**
**TITLE:** Activities Attendant
**DEPARTMENT:** Beachwalk Property Management
**REPORTS TO:** Property Manager
**JOB SUMMARY:** Overseeing daily operations of the guest areas with the community
**Requirements:**

Must be a United States Citizen
Possess a valid driver’s license
Have reliable transportation
16 years or older

**General Duties:**

Entering data as guests enter the designated areas and ensure that everyone is allowed to enter
Stocking paper products in restrooms
Wiping down tables and chairs
Taking trash to curb as needed
Regular counting of the number of guests in areas and recording information
Cleaning the guest areas as necessary
Helping guests get in and out of boats and kayaks if needed
Ensure the safety of all guests
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

**Required Skills:**

Able to perform moderate lifting (51+ pounds)
Must be comfortable around large crowds
Customer Service oriented
Capable of working independently and in a team setting
