**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, including retail, wholesale, and internal parts sales
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of parts counterpersons and support staff
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overages or obsolescence
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage returns
  • Establish pricing strategies and drive parts department profitability
  • Collaborate with the service and sales departments to streamline internal processes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal technicians and external clients
  • Other duties as assigned by management

## Qualifications
**Skills & Qualifications**

  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and inventory control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
  • Ability to create and maintain a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
