  • **💥 What You’ll Actually Do**
  • This role is part security presence, part customer service pro, part problem-solver.
  • **You’ll:**
  • Be the go-to contact for residents, visitors, donors, and staff
  • Keep the building secure while making people feel welcome
  • Control access points and ensure only authorized individuals enter
  • Monitor activity across the facility and respond to concerns
  • Use cameras and alerts to stay one step ahead of issues
  • Step in to de-escalate high-stress situations calmly and respectfully
  • Handle front desk duties like calls, logs, and documentation
  • Support donation intake and day-to-day shelter operations

  • High school diploma required (Associate’s preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
