Account Manager (Austin TX Area)

## Description

Johnson Bros. Bakery Supply, a leader and innovator in the Baking Industry, has an opportunity available in the Austin, Texas region for a proven Account Manager with extensive sales experience to create long-term, trusting relationships with new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities:**

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers
• Develop new business from existing customers
• Actively seek new sales opportunities
• Develop sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions
• Prepare reports on customer account status
• Act as the Liaison between customers and internal JBBS team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer needs
• Be available for customers through email, phone and in-person meetings
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Bilingual preferred
• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the Food Service Industry a plus
• Previous experience in food industry preferred
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload
• Must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

**Salary and Benefits Package:**

• $60k to $70k, Base salary with commission
• Monthly auto reimbursement
• Benefits and PTO after 60 days
