Install Coordinator

## Description

• Review daily email correspondence, and check for properly completed paperwork from comfort consultants and installation teams
• Setup installations for next day as well as coordinate incoming same day installs
• Confirm payment has been received from customer and job is done to specifications
• Maintain communication with Dispatch, Warehouse staff and Install team and comfort consultants
• Participate in training
• Ability to work within a team to provide the best possible customer service

## Qualifications

• Some HVAC Knowledge preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must have a valid driver’s license & pass driving record screening
