We are seeking a full-time **Job Coach**for our **Wakefield** Day Services Program. As an American Training **Job Coach** you will work closely with our Guests, adults with developmental disabilities, to support their individual employment goals. You will be a vital part in ensuring that our Guests are living meaningful and memorable lives!

**Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.**

**What does a Job Coach do?**

• Develop positive relationships with employers, acting as the liaison between Guests and the employer
• Teach, train, guide and direct Guests in life skills and job skills, in both an individual and group setting
• Support with increasing Guests independence in accordance with their ISP goals
• Develop detail job task evaluation for a variety of jobs in different industries

## Qualifications

• `Must have one year of experience with people with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities. Experience as a Job Coach is a plus.`
• `Strong organization and communication skills.`
• `Basic computer literacy skills, word processing and data sheets.`
• `A valid driver’s license, the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage and a satisfactory CORI are required.`
