We areseeking an energetic **Developmental Specialist** that can create **WOW! Magic** for our Guests with Developmental and Intellectual disabilities. As an American Training Developmental Specialist, you will positively impact the lives of our Guests in our Lowell Day Program.

**Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm**

**What does a Developmental Specialist do?**

• Work cohesively with team members to establish individual goals based off each Guests interest.
• Create and facilitate activities which promote the goals, needs, and desires of each Guest.
• Maintains a regular caseload ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

## Qualifications

• At least one year experience working with similar population.
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of empathy, patience, and compassion.
• Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting.
• Valid State driver's license (required).
