Warehouse Supervisor

## Description
The Warehouse Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to oversee the general operations of the warehouse and its staff.
**Accountabilities:**

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Assist in acquiring new staff members by interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees and overseeing department training.
• Effectively manage warehouse staff by coaching, counseling and communicating job expectations.
• Assign daily operational workloads to employees efficiently and effectively for optimal outcomes
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employee’s performance to the warehouse leadership team
• Coordinate with the warehouse lead to ensure inventory & storage areas are organized and maintained.
• Proactively recommend innovative process improvements
• Document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Coordinate & communicate activities with other departments

## Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration; or equivalent related work experience with a proven track record
