**The Role**

As the Chief Engineer, you lead the maintenance department and oversee all building systems, equipment, and property upkeep. You ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and repair standards are met while supervising a team of maintenance professionals.

  • Lead and manage the maintenance and engineering team
  • Oversee daily repairs, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules

**What Makes You You**

  • Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Organized, dependable, and safety focused
  • Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
