In general, Operations Supervisors assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the Valet operation.

Provide professional, courteous and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the standards outlined by AAA Parking Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Greet and welcome guest to the establishment and offer professional valet services within 30 seconds.
• •Follow guest arrival procedure (after greeting guest do vehicle damage check, write claim ticket, etc.)
• •Practice and adhere to AAA Basics – Attitude, Assistance, and Appearance.
• •Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
• •Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• •Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services.
• •Collect and secure keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• •Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws.
• •Operate vehicles safely and responsibility per Company policy and State Laws i.e. Fasten seat belt, no ear buds in ears, not texting and driving etc.
• •Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• •Handle all room charges and overnight parking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• •Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and cash/CC transactions.
• •Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions.
• •Follow hotel policies and procedures.
• •Ensure work area, including office, parking lot, and driveway are clean free of debris and obstruction.
• •Responsible for filing out Overnight Audit Checklist and returning daily to Manager.
• •Substitute for any position, if necessary.
